The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy (ZID) recently conducted an Executive Certificate training programme in Diplomacy, Protocol, Etiquette and Professional Branding for professionals from the Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency (ZIDA).
The programme was designed to enhance participants’ capacity in handling official engagements, strengthening institutional representation and promoting diplomatic conduct in both corporate and international environments.
Key focus areas included diplomatic communication, official protocol procedures, professional etiquette, and personal branding in high-level business and government settings.
This strategic training initiative reflects the ongoing collaboration between ZID and Zimbabwe’s leading institutions in building a culture of professionalism, strategic engagement and excellence in public service.
