In this mean world where there is so much competition, soft skills are a necessity to every organisation’s development.  For this reason, the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy conducted a 1-Day Capacity Building Training Workshop in Protocol, Business Etiquette and Professional Grooming for ZAMCO Staff. The training equipped the Staff with the relevant Soft Skills which helps increase the  level of efficiency and productivity. The Training focused on contemporary practical Business, Corporate and Social Etiquette; Dining Etiquette; Guidelines for Decorum; Professional Grooming and Deportment; Professionalism; Professional and Personal Branding; Image and Self-Projection; Dealing with difficult Bosses, Co-workers and Clients.
