Capacity Building Training for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe

“Work for a good reputation; not for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe but for yourself”, Mr Chikanda said this during the Diplomacy, Business Protocol, Etiquette and Professional Grooming Workshop for the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe (RBZ) Executive Managers at Parklands Business Venue on 12 June 2018.  

The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe is the interface of Zimbabwe and the international community. The Workshop enhanced participant’s understanding of International Business Protocol and Etiquette. It mentor, refocus and impart skills to the Executive Managers to rebuild the fractured relationship between the banks and customers.

The balance of the Workshop consisted of interactive small group and plenary discussions. Participants identified several key contextual factors that unpacked contemporary issues in relation to the rules of decorum in the banking environment and the business community at large.
