For this reason, the Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy made a presentation to the Headmasters of the Northern Central District Harare Metropolitan Province.The presentation equipped the Headmasters with Soft skills which helps increase their performance and effectiveness. As reiterated by Mr V.A Chikanda during the presentation, “Every leader’s success is based on the education they received at their early ages”. The presentation therefore emphasized on Business, Office and Meeting Etiquette, Professionalism, Image Management and Personal and Professional Branding which are significant in the field of teaching as they mould future leaders.
