Diplomatic Protocol, Professional and Personal Branding and Business Etiquette and Grooming are necessary skills for organizational growth and development. These soft skills help in increasing professionalism, effectiveness and efficiency of an organization. The Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy therefore conducted a 2-day Training Workshop for Murowa Diamonds Senior Management. The participants applauded the training as it equipped them with the practical professional conduct based on organizational standards that increase productivity. The Senior Management also expressed the importance of this knowledge and the training to be conducted for lower level supervisors as well in every organization if it is to achieve excellency in service delivery.
