14 Women of Grace from Boulder SDA Women’s Ministry participated in a Zimbabwe Institute of Diplomacy (ZID) Grooming, Deportment and Dressing Coaching Programme held at the ZID Campus in Emerald Hill, Harare on Sunday 17 May 2026.
The mentorship and coaching session was facilitated by Mr V. A. Chikanda, a Diplomacy, Protocol and Professional Grooming academic at ZID. The programme provided comprehensive training in spiritual, metaphysical and physical grooming, with emphasis on cleanliness, personal hygiene, decorum, comportment, corporate etiquette and professional dressing standards.
The abridged programme for the Women of Grace also covered perfumery, make-up application and wardrobe planning, equipping participants with practical skills to enhance confidence, professionalism and personal presentation.
This initiative forms part of the many capacity development programmes conducted by ZID to support and empower women as influential pillars of families, communities, institutions and society at large. The programme recognised the ever-evolving and critical role that Women of Grace continue to play globally and particularly in Africa, as nurturers of values, leaders of transformation and ambassadors of dignity, excellence and moral stewardship.
